Is a web site down for everyone on the internet, or is it a problem with your computer or network?

I just had a case where a partner’s web site wasn’t coming up. Sometimes the issues are with your own network or devices, so I always check out Down for Everyone or Just Me? as an essential step in the troubleshooting process.
